(a) Deemed interest by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act, 2016:
(i) Held by Tan Chong Consolidated Sdn Bhd - 73,382,326 shares;
(ii)Held by Wealthmark Holdings Sdn Bhd - 15,260,600 shares.

(b) Interests of spouse by virtue of Section 59(11)(c) of the Companies Act, 2016 - 3,602,858 shares.
