The Board of Directors of APM Automotive Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting (“22nd AGM”) of the Company dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 22nd AGM of the Company held on 29 May 2019. All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
