The Company's public shareholding spread as at 30 June 2006 was 53.5% of its issued and paid up capital less treasury shares, held by 9,416 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.

The Company has thus complied with the public shareholding spread requirement under paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia.
