The Board wishes to inform that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting :

1. Renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own ordinary shares
2. Renewal of the shareholders' mandate to allow the Group to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature

A Circular containing details of the above proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
