The Company's public shareholdings spread as at 31 December 2005 was 54.1% of its issued and paid up capital, held by 9,786 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.

The Company has thus complied with the public shareholding spread requirement under paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia.
