Encik Azman Badrillah joined Bank of America and had risen to the position of Assistant Vice-President when he left 11 years later. His service with Bank of America included a period spent with the international operations of the bank. Encik Azman joined Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("TCMH") group in 1983 as an Executive Director of its manufacturing division and was responsible for the overall performance of one of its key product groups. With the re-structuring of the TCMH group resulting in the emergence of the Company in 1999, he was appointed an Executive Director of the Company until his redesignation as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 January 2010. |
