The Board of Directors of APM wishes to inform that in line with the amendments to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the revised Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance, the Company had on even date, resolved the following:-

a) That Dato’ N. Sadasivan be re-designated as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect; and

b) That the Nominating Committee be formed and the members of the NC shall comprise the following:-
