The Board of Directors of APM Automotive Holdings Berhad (the "Company") wishes to inform that the Company will seek its shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting : (a) Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase Its Own Ordinary Shares ("Proposed Share Buy-Back"). (b) Proposed Renewal and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate"). A circular containing the details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
