The Board of Directors of APM Automotive Holdings Berhad ("APM") has received a notification dated 23 July 2010 from Encik Azman Badrillah, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of his intention to deal in the shares of APM during the closed period pending the announcement of APM's unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2010.

As at 23/07/2010 Encik Azman Badrillah has 702,000 APM shares, representing 0.36 % of the issued share capital of APM less treasury shares.
