Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 (2) (e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company informs that the actual value of Recurrent Related Party Transactions entered into with Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad Group ("TCMH Group") has exceeded more than 10% of the estimated value disclosed in the circular to shareholders dated 27 April 2009.
