Further to the announcement made by APM AUTOMOTIVE HOLDINGS BERHAD (“APM”) on 25 January 2010 and pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 (d) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, APM informs that Encik Azman Badrillah, a director, has given notice of his dealing in the shares of APM during closed period.
