We refer to your Company's announcement dated 23 June 2009, in respect of the
aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-
The percentage of TCC's shareholdings in the Company as at the latest
practicable date;
The names of TCC's shareholders involved in the compromise and settlement
agreement;
How will the progressive release of a portion of the Company's shares by TCC to
its exiting minority shareholders be implemented; and
The duration of the progressive release of the Company's shares by TCC.
Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from
the date hereof.
