Reference is made to the Automotive Suspension Business in Indonesia, which was first announced by the Company on 20 December 2006 (reference AA-061220-42991).
The Board of APM Automotive Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to inform that a supplemental agreement has been signed on 15 June 2007 between Auto Parts Holdings Sdn Bhd ("APH"), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and PT Mekar Armada Jaya ("MAJ") of Indonesia to change the clause on equity structure in the principal joint-venture agreement dated 20 December 2006 in relation to the Automotive Suspension Business in Indonesia.
The new equity structure of the joint-venture company is 80% held by APH and 20% held by MAJ. The previous structure was 60% held by APH and 40% held by MAJ.
An application will be made to the Capital Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia for the approval of the above change.
